We accept returns on new, unopened Superior® bed sheets within 30 days of delivery. Kindly ensure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and unwashed. To initiate a return, contact us via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll receive your credit within 4 weeks.
Yes, a 10% restocking fee applies to all wholesale returns. For retail returns of cotton sheets, there is no restocking fee if the product is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition.
