Shipping Policy
Retail Orders:
- We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders to any address within the 48 contiguous United States.
Estimated Shipping Time:
- Orders placed before noon on a business day will likely be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped on the next business day.
Expedited shipping options are also available. When you select a different shipping speed in the "Shipping Method" field, the rate will automatically update to reflect your chosen shipping option.
Retail Returns & Refund Policy
Please note that the following return policies are only applicable for products purchased directly from superiorbrand.com. If you made your purchase through any other third-party platform, please initiate the return process directly with that platform according to their respective return policies.
At Superior Brand, your happiness is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns quick and hassle-free.

Simple Online Returns:
- Instant Authorization: Our return process is simple, so you can be on your way in just a few clicks. Contact us with your order details and we will do the rest.

Generous Return Window:
- Standard Items: We will gladly offer free returns up to 60 days after the delivery date (as shown on the tracking number). Products must be in a donatable condition/gently used to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odors).

Rugs Return Policy: In the situation of “buyer’s remorse,” where the rug(s) were processed correctly and arrived undamaged, a 25% shipping and handling fee will apply to all rugs. The purchaser is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Holiday Extended Return Policy:
- Items purchased starting November 1 can be returned through January 31.

- Speedy Processing: We issue refunds within 3–5 business days after product is received in our warehouse.
- Flexible Methods: Choose instant store credit or debit/credit card refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
- For replacements, please email us at customerservice@homecityinc.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process.

Special Exclusions & Notes:
- Clearance (last chance) Items: Non-returnable. Gift cards are also non-refundable (but never expire!).

90-Day Warranty:
- We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. If your Superior Brand product has defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, Superior Brand will either repair or replace the item at its discretion.
- However, this warranty does not apply if Superior Brand determines that the product has been damaged, abused, or neglected. Factors that may void the warranty include, but are not limited to, stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or infestations, exposure to liquids, oils, gels, body fluids, or damage caused by weather or sunlight.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use and washing is not covered under this warranty.
- If a replacement is issued, it will be covered under the same limited warranty as the original product. The warranty period will begin from the original purchase date, not the date of the replacement. Superior Brand will only replace the defective item and is not responsible for replacing an entire set.
- To request a replacement, please email us at customerservice@homecityinc.com with pictures of the defect to help speed up the process. Please note that if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it is only eligible for a replacement.
