Very firm but good quality

I bought 2 sets, a king set and a standard/queen.....but they are are way too firm....so I use them with the decorative pillow case to decorate the bed. But maybe other people do like a firm pillow...if you do, I recommend this one 100%

I rely on consumer reviews when making purchases online sight unseen. This pillow was highly rated and I agree. It came in a small roll, but like most memory products expanded to its full size very quickly. After one night, I have decided that this is my new favorite pillow! I am a back and side sleeper - this pillow adjusted easily to each position and felt very supportive in either position. So glad I bought this!

Super comfortable. Love the soft yet firm support it gives you. I just had surgery and have to stay in bed a lot and comfort is incredibly key to me and I really like this pillow.
